I always emphasise lifestyle modifications and use food as thy medicine first and foremost, to empower my patients in their health journey and reduce our reliance on pharmaceuticals”.

Dr Chew has special interest in Women’s Health, Chronic disease management and in integrative medicine and nutrition, she continues to expand her skills in this area, complementing her conventional medical training.

Dr Rene Dostal

Dr. Dostál obtained his medical degree from the University of Sydney in 1993 and achieved his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1997. He has worked in medicine in the Illawarra since 1993 and has dedicated himself to full-time general practice since 1997. Dr. Dostál has also served as a Clinical Senior Lecturer affiliated with the University of Wollongong.

He has now joined YSM, where he continues his commitment to high-quality general practice while incorporating integrative medicine to further support his patients’ overall wellbeing. Dr. Dostál offers a holistic and personalised healthcare experience—helping patients achieve balance, prevention, and long-term health.

Originally from Wales, Dr Lucinda Raudaschl moved to Australia in 2019. She brings a warm, evidence-based, and holistic approach to family and integrative care.

Dr Raudaschl has a special interest in skin cancer medicine and surgery, general dermatology, perimenopause and menopause care, gut health, weight management, and longevity.

Passionate about helping patients feel their best at every stage of life, Lucinda focuses on lifestyle-based, preventive care — supporting patients to optimise their health and, where possible, reduce reliance on medications through nutrition, movement, and sustainable healthy living.

He provides general medical consultations and works collaboratively with our integrative practitioners when appropriate.

Dr Leo is a dedicated GP with a strong commitment to community health and medical education.

He began his healthcare career with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (SA) in 2005, followed by a Doctor of Medicine from Flinders University in 2015. He attained Fellowship with the RACGP in 2021.

Dr Leo provides comprehensive GP services and is here to support you with everything from acute illnesses and chronic disease management to preventative care, check-ups, and general health concerns. Whether you need a same-day appointment, ongoing care, or a trusted doctor to guide your health journey.

Dr Leo has been an accredited supervisor for RACGP registrars and serves as an examiner for fellowship candidates. He also volunteers as an examiner for MD students at the University of Wollongong.

In addition, Dr Leo is a qualified pilot and a CASA delegate for aviation medicals.

Dr Ammara Ayub

She provides general medical consultations and works collaboratively with our integrative practitioners when appropriate.

Dr Ayub completed her General Practice training in the South Coast region of New South Wales. Before entering General Practice, she worked across a range of hospitals in New South Wales and Victoria.

Her broad hospital experience includes Intensive Care, Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units, Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, General Surgery, and Psychiatry. During her hospital training, she earned a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney and a National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health from Family Planning NSW. 

She is also accredited to provide Focused Psychological Strategies, including cognitive behavioural therapy which she uses as part of her
approach to supporting patients’ mental health. 

She is passionate about preventative care and working collaboratively with patients to achieve long-term health outcomes. She has a growing interest in integrative medicine and takes a holistic approach to patient care.

Michelle Snowsill is a Clinical Nutritionist with over a decade of experience in the wellness space. She has advanced training in integrative and nutritional cancer care, supporting individuals alongside conventional oncology treatment through evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
Her approach focuses on supporting metabolic health, maintaining muscle mass and nutritional status, improving treatment tolerance, modulating inflammation, and supporting the gut and microbiome throughout treatment and survivorship. Her goal is to help clients maintain strength, resilience, and quality of life while working in collaboration with medical treatment plans.
In addition to cancer care, Michelle has been mentored in intimate ecology specialising in women’s health, hormones and the genitourinary microbiome. She supports conditions such as recurrent urinary tract infections, bacterial vaginosis, genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), and hormone-related health concerns through holistic, individualised nutrition care.
