To help us manage appointment availability effectively, all new patient bookings require a $150 deposit, which will be credited toward your consultation fee.
*This deposit is only refundable if 24+ hours notice is given if cancellation is required.
For all other appointments
We kindly ask for a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer the time to another patient on our waitlist.

If you are running late for your appointment, please notify reception as soon as possible.
Fees may apply if your appointment is required to be rescheduled due to the doctors’ patient bookings.
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling & No-Show Fees: (within 4 hours of your appointment time)
A $50 fee applies for short-notice cancellations, changes or missed standard appointments.
A $100 fee applies for long or extended appointments.
*This fee must be settled before you can rebook and is not claimable through Medicare.
Some appointments may require more than 4 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation. You will be informed if this applies to your appointment.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from cancelling in time, please let us know. We’re happy to review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

As our practitioners work independently, they have their own schedule of fees.
